Paying Invoices
When you receive an invoice email from Spiderweb it will include a link to the actual invoice within our billing systeml. It’s important that you log in to our billing system so that we know your account and email address is still active and verified.
Out Of Office Notice
How to setup an Out-Of-Office email responder using our webmail system. Once logged in to webmail just click on Settings -> Filters -> Create and fill in the various fields but remember you have to manually enable and disable the filter as and when you need it.
IMAP Junk Folder
Some folks may not be aware that there is now a server side spam filtering system that requires some “training” before it becomes really effective. Move spam to your IMAP Junk folder and any good messages in your Junk folder back to the Inbox.
