When you receive an invoice email from Spiderweb it will include a link to the actual invoice within our billing systeml. It’s important that you log in to our billing system so that we know your account and email address is still active and verified.

Some folks may not be aware that there is now a server side spam filtering system that requires some “training” before it becomes really effective. Move spam to your IMAP Junk folder and any good messages in your Junk folder back to the Inbox.
