Pay As You Grow Pricing

To illustrate our Pay As You Grow (PAYG) pricing, consider a typical setup:

• A single WordPress website with one IMAP mailbox and 1GB of storage would cost $60 per year:
  • $20 per year for 1GB of storage
  • $20 per year for the WordPress website
  • $20 per year for the IMAP mailbox

If you add a second mailbox, it would cost an additional $10 per year, and a third mailbox would be another $8 per year, with further discounts available according to our bulk pricing table.

For example, adding a second website and email domain to your account would cost $90 per year:

• $30 for the second website
• $30 for the additional IMAP mailbox
• $30 for the additional domain

This is more cost-effective than maintaining two separate accounts at $60 each, which would total $120 per year.

If you require more storage, such as 10GB for a heavily used mailbox or website, the cost would be $112 per year:

• $20 for the WordPress website
• $20 for the IMAP mailbox
• $72 for 10GB of storage

Payments

We prefer payments via Credit Card or PayPal, as this method automatically issues a receipt. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you can find our bank BSB/Account details and your reference number within the online invoice. Simply select “Bank Transfer Details” from the “Payment Method” dropdown menu, and remember to use the invoice number as your payment reference.

Billing System Login Instructions

Important: Do not use your email password—it will not work as it is different from the billing system password.

If you’re logging into the billing system for the first time to pay an invoice, click the “Forgot Password” button at the bottom of the sign-up page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a password of your choice.

Alternatively, we can send you a new password that you can copy and paste.

Miscellaneous Notes

• Our Pay As You Grow hosting plan includes unmetered bandwidth for normal web and mail traffic. However, abusive traffic trends may lead to suspended services.
• Our servers are backed up every 24 hours. Additionally, all WordPress websites have their own backup system, which retains three weekly backups.
