Older Websites
Many thanks to Mick Dale for preserving a copy of the very first set of website pages from the beginning of Spiderweb in the late 90’s into the early 2000’s.
Some of you may remember these versions of the main website as it evolved back in the good old days. If so then have a nice trip down memory lane.
One of the really interesting points is that the recommended screen resolution was 800×600 back in those days 🙂

The Gympie Webcenter
Here we have a photo taken inside the Gympie Webcentre on the 3rd November 2005.
Note the mysterious blow-up Spider on the floor to the left of the palm tree pot.
Someone has offered to buy it for their grandson if anyone knows where it’s hiding these days.
If anyone happens to have old photos or “war stories” about the early days of Spiderweb in Gympie then feel free to send an email to admin@spiderweb.com.au and we’ll extend this post with your contribution.
Spidertoon
Here we have a little “SpiderToon” video that Mick Dale made to promote Spiderweb in the early 2000’s but unfortunately it didn’t get used as it was around the time that Ian Ward closed the webcentre in Mary St, Gympie.
Again, many thanks to Mick Dale for not losing his backups over a couple of decades and allowing us to post these old relics here.
