Spiderweb  changed to a NATIONAL dial up phone number
on the 1st of April.  This allows users to connect to Spiderweb for the cost of a local call anywhere in Australia. 

All users MUST change to this Dial up number.

The "OLD" dial in numbers will cease to work on 28/4/2003

The NEW dial up number is  0198333340

Please follow the procedure below to change your settings.

Click HERE to download the new Setup program and run this program
on or as soon as possible after Tuesday  1st April.

Please note!  These instructions are for various versions of   Internet Explorer.
Other Browsers may give different options.  Please familiarise yourself with your particular Browser's methods and then follow instructions 1 - 7 below.

Choose :
      > "Save this file to disk
" or "Save to my computer"
      >  save the file to your desktop.

1. Run the PROGRAM (double click on the "Spiderweb Setup" icon on your
    desktop.)

2. When asked ‘Please read the Terms and Conditions’, click "OK"

3. After reading Terms and Conditions, click ‘ACCEPT’.

4. The next dialogue box will ask you to enter your account information.
     > Enter your name - this is what other people see when your email arrives in

       their computer. You can use capital letters and spaces, for example: Bill Bloggs
       or John & Mary or The Jones Family

     > The next line is for your user name
     - type your user name using only lower case.

     > The next line is for your password
     - type your password ... carefully!

     > If you only have one dial up account on your computer then also tick
        "Remove existing dial up accounts"

     > Click "OK"

5. You will be told to wait while the configuration setup is run automatically.

6. You MAY receive a warning that "Visual Basic Scripting" is running. We recommend that you select the "YES" option to disable this feature.
    You May also be asked about existing mail accounts.  If you only have one dial up account on your computer then select the option to remove existing mail accounts.


7. Once the setup in finalised, it is recommended that you restart your computer.


You will then be able to connect to Spiderweb via the new National Number
