The Spiderweb Fair Use Policy
for users of the Flat Rate
Plans allows the following data usage,
256/64 20 Gb
512/128 30 Gb
1500/256 50 Gb
If a user downloads more than the maximum Fair Use
amount, Spiderweb may without notice slow the user’s
download rate to 64kbps until the end of the month in
which the download exceeds the maximum fair use |

| Notes: Connection fee is a once off charge to enable ADSL on the designated
phone line and applies to all plans.
All plan prices quoted are monthly amounts.
ADSL plans also include a 50 hour Dial up account (valid for up to 12 months).
Please allow up to 10 working days for installation.
ADSL is not available in all areas.
ADSL may be available if you live within 3.5 km of your local exchange.
Modems / splitters / filters to be purchased by the client.
Plan prices are for self installation.
Speed format : 256/64 means up to 256kbps downstream / 64 kbps upstream.
