Double click on the Spiderweb Setup.exe.

It will come up and ask you to ‘Please read the Terms and Conditions’ – click OK. 

The Terms and Conditions will then come up, read them and then click ‘OK’. 

A box will then appear for you to enter your information.  The first line asks for your name.

This will be the information people see when your email arrives at their computer.

You can use capital letters and spaces e.g   Bill Bloggs,  John & Mary,  The Jones Family

The next line is for your user name    -  all in lower case

Then type your password     -  all in lower case

Use the drop down arrow to select  your dial in location.  Then click OK

Your computer will then be set up for you.

To log onto the Internet, open Internet Explorer and a dial up screen will appear. 

Make sure your user name and password are there (the password will appear as x’s).

Click ‘connect’.
