All Spiderweb customers are welcome to use the helpdesk to help resolve connection issues; however it must be noted this is a free service and for legal liability issues, has not been purchased with your internet connection.
Spiderweb will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the customer in making the service workable in the customer's environment. Spiderweb reserves the right to protect its Support staff from any form of abuse by withdrawing the Support service from the customer at any time deemed fit by Spiderweb management.
