The Spiderweb mailbox quota is 500 Mb. This is the amount of email that can be stored on our mail server for your email account. Once this quota is reached, incoming emails will be returned to the sender so it is in your own interests to monitor your mailbox quota and ensure that it does not exceed the 500 Mb limit.
If you are using a standalone email application (e.g. Windows Live Mail, Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird), the easiest way to avoid exceeding your mailbox quota is to make sure your email program is deleting messages from our server once it has retrieved them.

If you are using the Spiderweb Mail service RoundCube you can monitor your mailbox quota and delete any large messages and attachments.
